الإلغاءات

ستتاح لك الفرصة لمراجعة طلبك وتأكيده، تصحيحه او تعديلة قبل تثبيت الطلب. بمجرد تثبيت الطلب سنرسل لك ايميل بالبريد الإلكتروني تزودك بتفاصيل وقيمة طلبك. بعد استلام الايميل لا يمكن الغاء الطلب او تعديلة

فحص الطلب

لا يمكن فحص الطلب بوجود المندوب، في حال تم مواجهة اي مشكلة بعد استلام الطلب، لا تتردد بالتواصل معنا لحل المشكلة 

 خطر الخسارة

في حالات نادرة، يمكن أن تضيع الطلبات أثناء النقل. إذا استغرق طلبك أكثر من المتوقع للوصول، فيرجى التواصل معنا عبر (@skincarebyself)

طلب القبول

بعد الاستلام، يجب عليك فحص الطلب. إذا كنت قد تلقيت سلعة/ عناصر تالفة أو خاطئة ، فيرجى التواصل معنا على الفور. من فضلك اقرأ سياسة الترجيع

الحسابات / الطلبات المشبوهة

سيتم إلغاء الطلبات ذات الكميات الكبيرة دون إشعار مسبق. سيتم حظر الحسابات ذات الطلبات المشبوهة المتتالية من الموقع

1- Cancellations

You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order, confirm or edit it prior to finally placing your order. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order. Once an email is sent, it can not be canceled or returned. 

2- Risk of loss

In rare cases orders can get lost during transportation. If your order took more than expected please contact us via instagram (@skincarebyself)

3- Order acceptance 

After receiving your order, you must inspect the order. If you have received a damaged or the wrong item/s please contact us immediately via instagram to exchange the items. Please read our return policy and note that orders can not be opened or inspected with the presence of the shipping company.

4- Suspicious accounts/ orders

Orders with big quantities will be canceled without prior notice. Accounts with back to back suspicious orders will be blocked from the website.
